Eri Chusonji (中尊寺 エリ Chūsonji Eri) is one of the main protagonist of Duklyon: Clamp School Defenders and one of supporting characters of Clamp School Detectives.

Eri has a quick temper that she is quick to use violence, especially towards Kentarou Higashikunimaru and Takeshi Shukaido. Eri falls in love with Sukiyabashi, and doesn't know that he is the enemy that she has sworn to protect Earth from.

Eri is a space alien police officer in disguised as a high school sophomore who was sent to Earth to protect it from invading aliens.

Etymology[]
- Eri's surname Chusonji means "middle" (中) (chu), "honor, precious, valuable, priceless" (尊) (son) and "temple" (寺) (ji).
